Salt Lake City's NYCK Drops New Mixtape "NYCKSTAPE"

Nick Terranova aka NYCK has continuously found himself pushing boundaries, and this release further cements himself at the forefront of the ever-evolving world of dance music.

As one of the most seminal figures to come out in dance music over the past decade, the trend-setting artist Nick Terranova has gone from strength to strength. He’s curated coveted anthems, amassed ten Beatport #1 records, and won two International Dance Music Awards for “Best Progressive House Track” and “Best Latin Dance Track”.

Now residing in a sonic world that echoes darker shades of Pop, NYCK's latest body of work is what will go on to become the producer’s pièce de résistance. After five years in the making, 'NYCKSTAPE’ LP drops on July 28th, 2022, and sees the Utah-based artist release the album on his own Channeled Music Group, a sub-label of NYCK's TerraTraxx Recording Group imprint.

"My main goal when making the album was to keep the feeling throughout, but simultaneously hybrid different genres together in order to create something completely new and fresh." With the album's entirety coated in an aura of subtle seduction, 'NYCKSTAPE' sees NYCK explore yet another musical terrain, elegantly showcasing his refusal to be boxed into any one sound or genre. In this instance, we see the creative venture deep into the darker sounds of the pop genre, with a healthy dose of R&B influence throughout.

NYCK shuts off the world around you throughout the album, genuinely transporting you to his own impeccably produced musical world made up of enchanting moods, compelling emotions, and deeper vibes.
