Bill Abernathy Marvels with Single, "Who Are You, Who Am I?"

Bill Abernathy Marvels with Single,

Kansas City songwriter and musician Bill Abernathy has had a remarkable musical journey which has seen him take several different paths. Bill embarked on his journey in his early teens when he first began to write songs. He also played guitar all throughout his school years, but then "life happened" and his musical pursuits stopped....for the time being.

Marriage, raising kids, building a career.... After Bill's kids graduated from school and started their own careers, Bill began to rekindle his passion for music and picked up the guitar again.

Bill reasons, sometimes life is good to you and gives you a second chance. In my youth I walked away from music for a myriad of personal reasons. Now, I've now been given a second chance to pursue this thing we love called music, and I am really enjoying the ride!

Bill has absolutely flourished during this revival of his music career and has moved full speed ahead since as a recording artist. He has released a string of successful singles and albums, starting with 2017’s Find A Way, featuring the #1 Roots Music Chart single, “Goodbye Will Never Come Again.”

Abernathy continued his streak with another hit album, Crossing Willow Creek, which included the politically charged radio hit and Top 100 US iTunes single, “Cry Wolf,” as well as three other international hits.  Bill’s music has been streamed more than 1 million times, across all platforms.

Add another song to this esteemed catalog of music that's ever expanding and that's a recent release titled "Who Are You, Who Am I?", a track from the 4-song EP of the same title, which also includes the successful track, "A Thousand Wild Horses” which soared to #1 on the South African iTunes Country Songs chart.

"Who Are You, Who Am I?" is essential Bill Abernathy as it captures his signature blend of roots rock, Americana, folk and country into the composition and he accentuates the eclectic instrumentation with an engaging, breathy vocal presentation.

The song also reasserts Bill's penchant for crafting his songwriting as more of a storyteller. Abernathy says of his creative stylings, “I feel the story and lyrics talk to me and tell me what the rest of the song is supposed to sound like".

"Who Are You, Who Am I?" takes you on a virtual trip for almost six minutes. It gives great insight into the inner workings of Bill's mindset as he demonstrates his intellectualism, wit and clever lyricism.

He meets the challenge of keeping the listener's interest even in such a long composition and it's evident what sparks his creative juices.

“Inspiration for my music comes from a variety of the many parts of my life,” Bill says.  “Events and experiences of mine, my family, my friends, and sometimes even people I have never met all, contribute to the creativity of my music. I find it interesting and rewarding to let my imagination wander through the memory and spirit of life events and see where it takes me.”

Experience the world of Bill Abernathy and take a listen to ""Who Are You, Who Am I?" Stream it on repeat and share his inspiring story. He is living proof that is never too late to pursue your life's passions and dreams.

Elly Kace releases 'Nothing I See Means Anything'

NEWS PROVIDED BY: GORYL RECORDS Elly Kace has announced the release of a new album titled 'Nothing I See Means Anything', due out on 19 November 2021. The album will feature 11 tracks. The single promoting the latest album is 'Are You Ready,' which is set in a melancholic mood. All 11 tracks are in a similar vein, so if you are looking for songs that can move you, this album is definitely for you. The artist herself is inspired by stars such as Björk, Kate Bush, and Lady Gaga, which certainly sets the bar high and Elly Kace will have to face many comparisons. Additionally, it can be said that each of these songs writes its own story. We can look forward to seeing which track will be the next single to promote the album. This will probably turn out in the near future. For now, it remains to add the single 'Are You Ready' to your playlists and support the artist. https://soundcloud.com/ellykacemusic/01-are-you-ready-revised-album - www.ellykace.com - www.facebook....

Lielack Drives the Nu-Punk Movement with New Smash Release "Blossom"

Worcester, MA based trio Lielack has surged onto the music scene as a rapidly emerging band since their debut single "Nu4U" last year. Lielack was founded in 2021, rising out of the amicable split of the trio's previous band called Dearbones and is comprised of musical savants Jason Pascucci (Vocals), Andrew Quinn (Guitar), and Jacob Blondin (Drums). Jason, Andrew and Jacob have come together to form an electrifying group that is the forerunners of what they call the Nu-Punk sound. It's a style of music that is characterized by a merge of "radiant pop and punk" and Lielack has displayed the extraordinary elements of the innovative sound on their catalog or releases thus far. Lielack assuredly continues the Nu-Punk surge they created with their new single release "Blossom", which is a high-spirited, dynamic song driven by an enthralling lead guitar that's lively and also gravitates you to the track with its crisp melodic and rhythmic phrasing...
