Thomas Maxwell Releases a Sensational Debut Single "Stop and Go"

Thomas Maxwell Releases a Sensational Debut Single

Thomas Maxwell is a budding singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist out of Los Angeles.

The dynamic creative has just released his debut single "Stop and Go" which is off his upcoming EP titled moods that is set for release in November.

"Stop and Go" is a spectacular track that touches on the roller coaster of emotions and circumstances that arise during the course of a relationship.

Thomas conveys the theme and concept of the song exceptionally well with a resounding and expressive vocal performance. His vocals are lucid and project the sentiment of the song to a tee.

The song's instrumentation is driven by a dazzling piano melody which is perfectly designed with a tasteful reverb or slight delay that adds an ambient dimension to the song.

"Stop and Go" also boasts an ear-catching, soulful, jazzy guitar riff that draws you in with its infectious groove. It exhibits Thomas' advanced skills as a musician and arranger.

A funky bass line leads the way as the verse transitions into a mellifluous chorus. Thomas boldly bellows on the hook:

Stop and go!

Confusing my affection

I can't let go

I still need your connection

Stop and go!

You've got me in subjection

In subjection.....in subjection, baby!

Excerpt from chorus of "Stop and Go"

The lyricism displays the topsy turvy nature of love as Thomas speaks on a romance teetering between a full blossom relationship or on the brink of ending, yet he's still fully enveloped in its grasp.

"Stop and Go" is a tremendous song and composition and a must listen. It's available on all streaming platforms (Spotify link below). Stream it! Playlist it! Save it to your favorites!

You can mix it with tracks in 12B, 2B and 1A. Example : Ultimate DJ Tools_- Camelot Wheel for Harmonic Mixing in the Key of 1B Minor Key Example : Current track you are playing is the key of 1A (A-Flat Minor).
