Acacia Grace defines herself as "the perfect example of a modern woman in the music industry". The multi-talented singer, songwriter and poet has developed an eclectic artistry which has spawned a music creativity that she has flourished in.



Influenced by such acclaimed artists as Maysa, Leelah James, Lalah Hathaway, and Rachelle Ferell, Acacia's music appeals to a multitude of listeners across a wide variety of styles and genres.



Acacia has brilliantly crafted a sound which blends elements of soul, R&B and jazz with an infusion of blues that distinguishes her sonically from many other recording artists in today's music industry.



She showcases this sound vividly on "Old Time Blues", a warm and engaging track off of her debut EP, Vulnerable in which she displays a keen ability to seamlessly combine the sounds of classic and contemporary music.

About Acacia Grace



Acacia Grace was born in Washington, DC. Growing up, she sang in the school choir as well as performed in school productions. Her early training was classical in nature, along with stage training. She has also been writing songs and poetry since high school.  



After graduating from Suitland Senior High School in District Heights, MD, she obtained a Bachelors and a Masters in Criminal Justice.  She writes her own music, with a goal to mix soul, jazz and R&B for a contemporary music experience.  



She currently splits her time between Southern California and DC; she lives with her daughter, and also has a grown son that lives overseas.  



Her contribution to society outside of music is important to her as well.  With that, she is an advocate and a supporter of LupusLA.  



Additionally, she began designing custom t-shirts in collaboration with logo Sportswear, which she named Prz&Glry.
